Who we build charging for

Every property needs something different. We size the project to who’s charging, how long they park and what your electrical service can carry.

Apartments, condos and HOAs

Level 2 for residents, with load management so more ports fit on your existing service, and networked chargers that handle access and billing.

Workplaces and offices

Level 2 for employees and visitors who park for the day. A perk people notice, sized so you’re not paying for capacity you don’t need.

Dealerships and fleets

DC fast charging for delivery prep and service bays, and depot charging that keeps fleet vehicles ready every morning.

Developers and charging networks

Turnkey site builds for site hosts and networks: switchgear, transformers, conduit and dispensers, built to your standards and schedule.

Level 2 or DC fast charging?

It comes down to how long drivers stay. Most properties need Level 2. DC fast charging makes sense where people need range quickly.

What we handle

One contractor from the first site walk to the first charge, so nothing falls between the designer, the utility and the electrician.

Site assessment and load study

We walk the site, review your switchgear and use your utility data to see how much capacity you really have.

Design

Charger layout, circuit design and the drawings the permit office needs, sized for today with room to add ports later. We draw most projects in house and bring in engineering partners when a site calls for stamped plans.

Utility coordination

We work with Oncor, CenterPoint, Austin Energy and other Texas utilities on service upgrades and new transformers.

Trenching and civil

Boring, trenching, equipment pads and bollards. We’ve done civil work ourselves, but we usually bring in specialist civil crews we trust and manage them as part of the project.

Electrical installation

Switchgear, panels, conduit and conductors, run by our own licensed electricians. Electrical work is never subcontracted.

Inspection and commissioning

We pull permits, meet the inspector and bring the chargers online with the manufacturer and network, then hand over a working site.

The charger you choose

Your hardware, installed right

Already picked a charger or a network? We install it to the manufacturer’s requirements and get it commissioned.

Networked

Access, billing and data

Networked chargers let you set who can charge, what they pay and see how the ports are used.

Load management

More ports, same service

Power sharing spreads your available capacity across ports, which often avoids or delays a costly service upgrade.

How a commercial project works

  1. 1

    Tell us about the site

Property type, number of ports, and any chargers or deadlines you’re working with.

  2. 2

    Site walk and load study

We check your service and switchgear and confirm what the site can carry.

  3. 3

    Design and proposal

A layout and a complete proposal: electrical, civil, utility work and permits.

  4. 4

    Build and commission

We coordinate the utility, build the site, pass inspection and bring every charger online.

Commercial charging questions

What does a commercial charging project cost?

It depends on the number and type of chargers, the distance from your electrical service and whether the utility needs to upgrade service. We give you a complete proposal after a site walk, with electrical, civil, utility and permit costs included.

Do we need a new transformer for DC fast chargers?

Often, yes. DC fast chargers need 480V three-phase power and a lot of capacity, so many sites need a new or larger transformer from the utility. We coordinate that with the utility and plan the rest of the project around its timeline.

Can you install chargers we’ve already bought?

Yes. We install any brand and commission it with the manufacturer and network. If you haven’t chosen yet, we’ll help you match hardware to how your drivers use the site.

How many Level 2 ports can our building support?

That depends on your service size and existing load. With load management, many properties can add more ports than a simple calculation suggests. We confirm it with a load study before you commit.

Can we charge drivers for using the chargers?

With networked chargers, yes. You can set pricing, limit access to residents or employees and see usage reports.

How long does a project take?

Level 2 projects on existing service usually move quickly once permits are issued. DC fast charging projects depend mostly on utility lead times for service and transformer work. We give you a realistic schedule with the proposal.
